And why? Mine is the 250lm. Cause mid-engined, 3.3L Colombo V12, sex. To prove my point. . .

Impossible!
Because I'll never get to drive the classic ones to see which one I like driving the best.
But your nomination sounds like a winner on paper.

It doesn't have to be realistic. It just needs to be your favorite. I mean my second favorite is the F40LM, which is a bit more realistic I guess.

lol to the LM being more realistic
god i really can't pick a favorite right now. just deciding between the two you've listed would make my head explode!
and add in the 288 GTO and i'd really die. i know the F40 is faster but the 288 GTO is one of my favorite looking cars of all time

The 250 is definitely right at the top, though I think I'd prefer one of those formula 1 cars from the 50s though I don't know enough to choose which one. My favorite modern is either the F40 or the P4/5

Anything with a Colombo V12 is pretty much amazing. The sound and the history are there!
And the F40 is a car guys favorites. Never have I wanted to drive a car so badly.

I think I'd have to go with the 550. It came out right when I was really getting into cars as a kid and I became obsessed with it.

I don't know which I would choose. The LM would be so much fun(and very scary on a track), but the 250 would be a lot more fun on the road.
Gotta have a twin turbo Ferrari on the list! It is a must!

Yea really any vintage Ferrari would makes life complete. The only problem I have with the F40 is that it's a V8 and nowadays Ferrari doesn't even offer manuals so that makes me pretty sad. This is an Ipotato picture of an F40's engine I saw a couple of weeks ago

430 Scuderia, but only because it's the only one I've driven. Before that, I would've said 365 GTB/4

First choice would be a tie between the F40 and the 250 California. Second place goes to the F430 and third, the F12.

410 Superamerica SIII.
I'd take any of them, but the Series 3 had more webbers and covered headlights (I believe) so that's the one I want.
If not the 410, then a 250 GT Lusso, which to my knowledge was the end of the 250 series and basically a 250 GTO with a different body and more luxurious interior. So sexy. If in doubt, see picture below of the Petrolicous video.
And after the 250 GT Lusso, I'd take a 308 GTB (or GTS but for some reason I prefer the GTB) Quattrovalvole. While certainly not the fastest of Ferraris, it certainly is one of the best looking (in my opinion) and I could channel my inner Magnum P.I.

288 GTO. Group B car with the most downright perfect design I've ever seen. It was also the fastest car in the world upon release, and pretty mental at the track too.

Definitely not the F40 since I don't fit in the thing. The three Ferraris that helped shape me in to the car enthusiast I am today were:
Yellow 550 Maranello which would occasionally park in front of our local town's restaurant circa 2001
F355 Challenge in which I got a ride in at night while sitting in my dads lap. We raced from red light to red light and it was magical.
360 Challenge Stradale which one time came blasting down a B-road with a female driver and flashed passed us, with its engine noise howling in the distance for many kilometres.
Favorite Ferrari? Probably a 360 CS. Although the lack of a stick would probably infuriate me at times.

My favorite's actually the F430 Scuderia. Iv'e never liked the 458 since it came out, and for me the F430 is the best looking Ferrari, I miss the quad tail-lights. My 2nd favorite is the 512 TR. The Testarossa looked good, but I think the changes added to the 512 made it even better looking. I wished they had another mid-engined V12 car that was "easy" to get. My third favorite is the F40,, because it was so iconic and was just as fast as it's successor 10 years later.
